The Consortia of Puerto Rico University Resources Developing Alliance Against Alcohol Abuse, other Drugs and Violence C.R.U.S.A.D.A., is the Spanish acronysm for the consortia composed of representatives of colleges and universities campuses in Puerto Rico committed to facilitate continued personal and institutional programmatic growth for alcohol, other drugs and violence prevention within their institutions of higher education.

C.R.U.S.A.D.A was created in 1989 at the initiative of a number of Institutions of Higher Education in Puerto Rico, with the endorsement and suport of the US Department of Education.

The Consortia has the support of private and public agencies and community resources in the implementation of its strategies.
